Please reach out to if you have any issues. I'll do my best to work something out. Please ask me any questions on sizing, etc, before you purchase.
If you receive an item that is either damaged or defective, please contact me at jimmy@jtapp.com and I’ll see what I can do to make it right.
If you need to Cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible, and hopefully it isn’t too far down the line to stop.
Shipping

Shipping on orders over $75 (before tax) is free via USPS Ground Advantage. Please allow at least 3-4 weeks after Pre-Orders end to receive the products as they are made to order. If you’re in Los Angeles, California, you can select Store Pickup. Please contact me via jimmy@jtapp.com to arrange a pick up. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Garment Care

Shirts should be Washed Cold, Inside Out and Hang Dried or Tumble Dry Low for longevity. You can toss them in the dryer on hot but it will wear much much faster.
